My December Holidays reflection

This December holidays I went to Taiwan for a volunteer job. It was fun reliving the past memories in going back to my school in Taiwan. Not that river valley is not a good school but sometimes I still miss my old school.
I went to work as a volunteer as a pharmacist in their local clinic and learnt quite a bit. For example their medications names are actually directly translated from English, hence there were really strange names for a lot of them. There was also an incident in which the old people would not eat their medication and came back to see the doctor saying that the doctor did not cure them and seeing the doctor was no use.
After the volunteer job I also went to their science center at Tai Chung which was huge. By huge I mean, six large buildings with each at least three stories high. They had a dinosaur exhibition which was very interesting and their fake dinosaur models looked so real. They were so cute. I tried to touch a little dinosaur but got a warning from the security guard not to do so.
Last but not least was the shopping trip at their night market. Taiwan's night market is terrific !! You can find like everything there and everything is super cheap. I spent so little there, but bought so much. I was really really happy.
I had a wonderful December holiday, I won't ever regret or forget how I spent this holiday. How was yours..??
